Jain Irrigation Systems, known as JISL, is a multinational organization based in Jalgaon, India. JISL employs over 12, 000 associates, and has 33 manufacturing plants across the globe. We have diversified our Businesses in – Micro Irrigation / Pipes / Food Processing / Renewable Energy with a revenue of more than 1.5 Billion dollars.

Jain Farm Fresh Foods Limited (JFFFL) is a subsidiary of Jain Irrigation Systems Limited. Jain Farm Fresh is the Largest Mango Processor in the World and the second largest processor of Dehydrated onion in the World. The company does a business of around 1600 Cr. INR through its B2B and B2C operations. The current Product range include – Fruit Pulps like Mango, Guava, Banana, Papaya, Strawberry, Jamun, Tomato / Dehydrated Vegetables like Onion, Garlic and Ginger and have ventured in to the Spices Business also.

Recently the company has also developed a full fledged facility for Spice production. The plant is one of the best plant in Asian Region.

Jain Farm Fresh Foods Ltd. has recently launched few of its retail products and plans to introduce many more natural, innovative and healthy Food Products in FMCG category.

This is reflected in the functioning of the company and its various divisions.We strive not only to promote sustainability and conservation, but also to effectively implement the same by helping the farmers adopt new technologies by providing disease-free planting material using tissue culture technique. We train the farmers in adopting good agricultural practices under the JAIN GAP programme. We have also introduced new technologies such as Ultra High Density Planting for growing mangoes to our contract farmers and assure them of fair returns for their produce under the Contract Training Programme.Our key focus is on sustainable energy use, producing consistent quality and innovative products with the help of a committed workforce.

QUALITY EXCELLENCE

‘Make quality a way of life’ is the quality perspective of our organisation and we work towards achieving excellence in every aspect of our operations.All our products are tested on various physio, chemical and microbiological parameters. We continuously focus on new product and process development to meet customer needs and expectations. We have implemented Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) in all our manufacturing plants. Our onion and vegetable dehydration plants are certified for ISO 22000:2005 and BRC (British Retail Consortium) by ISACert, The Netherlands. The fruit processing plants are certified for ISO 22000:2005 by ISACert, The Netherland, and are members of SGF (Sure-Global-Fair), Germany. Our plants are also certified for Environment Management System ISO 14001:2004 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001:2007. The facilities are also kosher and halal certified.
